2013: Key School 6A Humanities "Blogger" Project
With the introduction of new frontiers ready for exploration across the United States, expansion occurred not only across the physical landscape and "American frontier" but within human relationships. Expectations of men and women changed, and most importantly their relationship with their natural surroundings shifted. As many set off on their new adventures, their lives were ever altered personally and on a larger level that was unexpected. Strength came from within as families were drawn apart by promises of different lands. But also, they were thrown together as they embarked on incredible journeys across the country.
